Pistol Annie “Annie”
10 years old, mostly bay mare with white spots
Appaloosa/TB Cross, 15.3 hands
located in Crossville TN
$7,500

Annie has been doing Western Dressage, schooling English dressage shows, Working Equitation schooling shows and trail riding. She would also be an awesome fox hunter or eventer. She loves to go new places and see new things. She will go out confidently alone or quietly in a group. She will ride front or rear. She does obstacles, works gates, side pass, turn on haunches, turn on forehand, shoulder in and leg yield.
Annie's pretty movement comes from her sire, Wap's Millennium who is by Wap Spot 2, a legendary Appaloosa Sport Horse. Her gaits are very comfortable. She covers a lot of ground at the canter and jumps easily. She is pretty laid back, not spooky at all, responsive but lazy. She is usually more forward out of the ring than in.
She clips, bathes, loads, ties, UTD on shots, negative coggins and teeth done every year. She is 100% sound. No maintenance. She is shod all the way around with really good feet. She has 2 scars one from when she was baby on her jaw and another on her leg. Neither of them ever bothered her.
Annie is ok to live alone or with others. She has been turned out with my old gelding, 2 middle aged geldings and now she is with a 3 year old gelding. She has been great for teaching him to be a good citizen but without any fear of him getting hurt. She gets along well with everyone. She is stalled at night and out during the day. She eats alfalfa/timothy pellets with a fat supplement, Farrier Formula and vitamin/mineral supplement.
Annie earned Basic Level Western Dressage Association of American (WDAA) Register of Merit in 2022 and WDAA Register of Achievement in 2023
